Hai Duong stops 33 teenagers preparing to fight

Group of 33 teenagers gathered at Ut Thom beer house

At around 5:00 p.m. on April 9, Working Group 151 of Hai Duong City Police coordinated with the Social Order Crime Investigation Police Team and Thanh Binh Ward Police to discover a group of young people gathered at Ut Thom Beer Pub at 12 Trinh Hoai Duc, Thanh Binh Ward, Hai Duong City.

During the inspection, 33 teenagers aged 15-18 gathered together to beat up another group of young people. The seized evidence included 7 motorbikes without license plates or rearview mirrors.

Of the 33 subjects, 18 cases are in Hai Duong City; 6 cases are in Tu Ky District; 3 cases are in Nam Sach District; 2 cases are in Gia Loc District; 3 cases are in Ninh Giang District; 1 case is in Cam Giang District. Among these subjects, some are still students, some have dropped out of school.

Hai Duong City Police have prepared a case file for handling according to regulations; required the teenagers to write a commitment and coordinate with their families to prevent the teenagers from violating the law.
