On the afternoon of July 24, the Traffic Police - Order Team, Hai Duong City Police said that the unit had just drawn up an administrative violation record against Mr. VVT, born in 1986, in Minh Tan Commune (Nam Sach) to handle the act of driving in the wrong direction on Provincial Road 391.
Previously on July 23, Hai Duong Newspaper published information "Truck driving in the wrong direction on Highway 391 through Hai Duong City" reflecting that at 9:31 a.m. on July 20, a truck traveling from Vo Van Kiet Avenue through the intersection went in the wrong direction on Highway 391, causing a dangerous traffic situation for other vehicles traveling in the right direction. Many people expressed their indignation at the truck driver's disregard for the law.
After receiving the information, the traffic police of Hai Duong City Police Department verified that the truck driver driving in the wrong direction on Highway 391 in the video was Mr. VVT, born in 1986, in Minh Tan Commune (Nam Sach), driving car 34C-40592.
For driving in the wrong direction on a road with a no-entry sign, drivers will be fined from 4-6 million VND and have their driving license revoked for 2-4 months.
