Hai Duong City Police on duty with 100% of its personnel after the second leg final between Vietnam and Thailand

Hai Duong City Police have a plan to ensure security, order, and traffic safety after the second leg final match between Vietnam and Thailand ends tonight.

Tonight, January 5, the second leg of the 2024 ASEAN Cup final between the Vietnam and Thailand national teams will take place at Rajamangala Stadium (Bangkok, Thailand).

It is predicted that if the victory belongs to the Vietnamese team, fans of Hai Duong City and neighboring areas will flock to Hai Duong City to celebrate the victory; the number of vehicles and people will increase dramatically on many routes with larger numbers than the first leg final match on January 2.

Hai Duong City Police have requested that all forces and police of wards and communes be on duty with 100% of their personnel, patrolling and setting up checkpoints at intersections, squares, and places with open spaces...

On the streets: Thanh Nien, Nguyen Luong Bang, Tran Hung Dao, Hoang Hoa Tham, Pham Ngu Lao, Ho Chi Minh Avenue... Hai Duong City Police force will regularly patrol and direct traffic.

Hai Duong City Police recommends that in case the Vietnamese team wins, fans should go out on the streets to celebrate the victory to show their patriotism and love for the team, but they must absolutely comply with the provisions of the law. Do not weave, zigzag, or speed; do not carry more people than the prescribed number; wear helmets when riding motorbikes, scooters, etc.

All acts of excessive celebration and violation of traffic regulations will be strictly handled.
