From the beginning of the year to November 20, 2023, the Hai Duong Department of Transport has received and returned results for more than 4,000 online driver's license renewal applications.
Registering for a driver's license renewal online creates convenience, saves time and costs in handling administrative procedures for driver's license renewal.
The Department of Transport has actively implemented solutions to increase the number of online applications for driver's license renewal on the National Public Service Portal. The Department and the Provincial Post Office signed a coordination regulation on delivering documents, returning results of administrative procedures through public services, and supporting citizens to renew their driver's licenses online effectively and in accordance with regulations.
Thanks to that, the number of people registering for online driver's license renewal has increased every month. Hai Duong is always in the top 10 provinces and cities nationwide with many online driver's license renewal applications.
