Hai Duong Department of Transport stops accepting driver's license renewals from 4:30 p.m. on February 28.

On February 27, the Hai Duong Department of Transport announced that it will temporarily suspend procedures for issuing, exchanging, and reissuing driver's licenses from 4:30 p.m. on February 28.
The transport sector will continue to issue and renew driving licenses.

The Vietnam Road Administration requires transport departments to continue receiving and processing applications for changing and reissuing driver's licenses while waiting for transfer to the Ministry of Public Security to avoid disruption and impact on people.
