Hai Duong always creates favorable conditions for foreign non-governmental organizations to operate.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Tuan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations, and representatives of the Departments of Home Affairs, Finance, Planning and Investment, Provincial Police, and the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations received the working delegation.

From 2022 to the end of September 2023, there will be more than 30 foreign non-governmental organizations from many countries such as the UK, France, Korea, Japan, Australia, the US, etc. with registration certificates to operate in Hai Duong. The organizations mainly operate in the fields of medical support, education, solving social problems, and building organizational capacity for vulnerable people, children, and women in difficult areas of the province.

During this time, Hai Duong approved 45 aid packages with a total committed value of more than 2 million USD, contributing to poverty reduction and socio-economic development of the province.

Operating locally, foreign non-governmental organizations all comply with Vietnamese law, and there have been no incidents or violations of the law or harm to national security and social order and safety.

The provincial Party Committees and authorities always pay attention to and create favorable conditions for foreign non-governmental organizations to come to learn and survey local aid needs, guide organizations to properly implement regulations on operations, management and use of aid, and actively participate in aid mobilization work in many different forms. The work of receiving, using and managing aid is coordinated and implemented by agencies and units in accordance with procedures and order prescribed by law.

The delegation highly appreciated Hai Duong's efforts in implementing diverse, synchronous and effective activities to seek partners, enhance cooperation, exchange information and support the activities of foreign non-governmental organizations.
