Hai Duong invests more than 436 billion VND to build Ring Road I from Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue to Dai An Industrial Park expansion

The People's Council of Hai Duong province has just issued a Resolution deciding on the investment policy for the Project to build Hai Duong City's Ring Road I, from 62m road (Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue) to the expanded Dai An Industrial Park.

The project belongs to Group B with a total estimated investment of 436.3 billion VND from the provincial budget in the medium-term public investment plan for the 2021-2025 and 2026-2030 periods. The project implementation period is from 2024-2027.

The route is 3.5 km long and 32.5-42 m wide. The starting point of the route intersects with the 62 m road (Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue) in Lien Hong commune (Hai Duong city), the end point is adjacent to the Kim Son river overpass in Thong Nhat commune (Gia Loc).

The project aims to gradually complete the construction of Hai Duong City's Ring Road I according to the plan to meet transportation needs, expand urban space, connect the city with neighboring districts, and contribute to the socio-economic development of Hai Duong City and Hai Duong Province.
