Hai Duong and the whole country firmly step into the new era under the glorious flag of the Party.

Exactly 95 years ago, on February 3, 1930, the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam was a momentous event, an extremely important turning point in the history of the Vietnamese revolution, marking a brilliant milestone on the development path of our nation.

Since its inception, under the leadership of the Party, our country has achieved one victory after another, creating great miracles.

The Party led the people to fight for power, culminating in the victory of the August Revolution in 1945. During the period 1945-1975, the Party led our people to fight for national liberation, winning two long resistance wars against French colonialism and American imperialism, completely liberating the South and unifying the country.

From 1975 to present, especially after 34 years of implementing the 1991 Platform and nearly 40 years of implementing the renovation policy initiated and led by the Party, with the efforts of the entire Party, people and army, our country has achieved great achievements.

Our nation has overcome all difficulties, hardships and challenges, standing tall and indomitable through the era of fighting for national independence, building socialism (1930 - 1975) and the era of national unification and innovation (1975 - 2025). Now, with its position, prestige, potential and determination for breakthrough development, our country is preparing to enter the era of national growth, starting with a major event - the 14th National Party Congress.

That is the era of development, the era of prosperity under the leadership and rule of the Communist Party of Vietnam, successfully building a socialist Vietnam, a rich people, a strong country, democracy, equality, civilization, on par with the world powers. All people have a prosperous and happy life, are supported to develop and enrich themselves; contribute more and more to the peace, stability, development of the world, the happiness of humanity and global civilization.

2025 is a year of special significance, commemorating the 95th anniversary of the Party's founding, the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification, the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday, the 80th anniversary of the founding of the country, and the year of holding Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

In 2025, Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee celebrates the 85th anniversary of its founding (June 10, 1940 - June 10, 2025).

Along with the whole country, Hai Duong has been accelerating to create the premises and motivation to enter a new era. In 2024, Hai Duong has achieved outstanding and comprehensive results, achieving and exceeding most of the 15 socio-economic development targets, many of which have made breakthroughs. GRDP reached 212,386 billion VND, an increase of more than 1.13 times compared to 2023. Economic growth reached over 10.2%, higher than the national average, exceeding the target of over 9%, ranking 6th out of 63 provinces and cities (up 7 places compared to 2023), the highest growth rate since the beginning of the 2020 - 2025 term. Hai Duong province collected a budget of 30,774 billion VND, exceeding 59% of the annual estimate, up 38% compared to 2023, reaching a record level ever.

The work of building the Party and the political system of the province has achieved many positive results, constantly improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and Party members. Effectively implementing the arrangement of commune-level administrative units; has been arranging and streamlining the organizational apparatus in conjunction with restructuring and improving the quality of the staff according to Resolution 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Central Executive Committee.

In 2025, the Provincial Party Committee identified three key tasks: Continuing to "accelerate and break through", completing the goals and targets of 2025 and the entire 2020-2025 term; perfecting the streamlined organization, ensuring effective, efficient and effective operations; successfully organizing Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

With the achievements in the past time, the tradition of solidarity, high determination, and efforts of the entire Party Committee, together with the joint efforts and consensus of the people and business community, under the glorious flag of the Party, Hai Duong and the whole country firmly step into a new era - the era of national growth.
