Chairman of Thanh Mien District People's Committee Nhu Van Cuc has just signed a decision to administratively fine Mr. Nguyen Van Anh (born in 1972, residing in Tu Cuong commune) and Mr. Vu Duc Oanh (born in 1986, residing in Chi Lang Bac commune) a total of 34 million VND.
Two karaoke bars owned by Mr. Nguyen Van Anh and Mr. Vu Duc Oanh are operating but have not been granted a certificate of eligibility for security and order. In addition, Mr. Oanh's karaoke bar did not comply with the written requirements on fire prevention, fire fighting, and rescue. According to Decree 144/2021/ND-CP of the Government, Mr. Oanh was fined 19 million VND. Mr. Anh was fined 15 million VND.
