Chairman of Thanh Mien District People's Committee Nhu Van Cuc has just signed a decision to administratively fine Mr. Truong Anh Ninh (born in 1979, residing in Long Bien District, Hanoi), manager of New Square karaoke bar in An Nghiep village, Tu Cuong commune (Thanh Mien) VND 15 million.
Previously, at around 2:00 a.m. on June 4, the working group of Thanh Mien District Police coordinated with Tu Cuong Commune Police to inspect and discovered illegal drug use in VIP room 8, New Square karaoke bar. While working with the authorities, Mr. Truong Anh Ninh evaded and did not comply.
In addition, the Chairman of Thanh Mien District People's Committee decided to fine Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Quynh (born in 1996, Dong Nai province) 1.2 million VND for illegally using drugs in VIP room 8, New Square karaoke bar.
