Hai Duong province is focusing on leading and directing the serious implementation of the Central Government's policies and orientations on streamlining the organizational apparatus.

In many meetings and conferences, provincial leaders often emphasized the direction of General Secretary To Lam on streamlining the organizational apparatus, identifying this as an especially important task, a revolution in streamlining the organizational apparatus, which cannot be delayed. Comrade Hoang Van Thuc, Provincial Party Committee member and Secretary of Nam Sach District Party Committee, said that immediately after the province's policy was issued, the locality actively implemented the work. After having the orientation of the plan to reorganize the Provincial Party Committee, in which the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Department of Economics will be merged, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan, Deputy Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hai Duong City, still works normally.

Along with other localities in the province, the People's Committee of Ninh Giang district has decided to merge the Cultural, Information - Sports Center and the District Radio Station into the Ninh Giang District Cultural, Information and Communication Center. According to the plan, the new unit will officially come into operation from January 1, 2025.

Ms. Ha Thi Hien, Head of Ninh Giang District Radio Station, will become Deputy Director of the District Culture, Information and Communication Center. According to Ms. Hien, the merger of two public service units aims to continue to innovate the organization and management system, improve the quality and efficiency of public service units, and ensure streamlining and efficiency. This is also a solution to make cultural, physical education, sports and communication activities at the district level increasingly professional.

“In restructuring the apparatus, each individual needs to be brave and happy to sacrifice their own interests for the benefit of the collective,” said Ms. Hien.

Currently, Kim Thanh district is developing a plan to reorganize units according to the plan. Based on the functions, state management and tasks of the units after the reorganization, the district will develop a personnel plan to ensure compliance with regulations.
