Comrade Pham Manh Hung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, was elected as a member of the Inspection Committee of the 17th Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee.

On the morning of July 4, the 20th Conference of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Executive Committee elected comrade Pham Manh Hung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, as a part-time member of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the 17th term, 2020-2025, with 100% of the votes of the delegates present.

Comrade Pham Manh Hung was born in 1965, from Nam Sach town, Nam Sach district. From May 2010 to July 2018, he held the following positions: Standing Deputy Secretary of Nam Sach District Party Committee, Chairman of Nam Sach District People's Committee, Secretary of District Party Committee, Chairman of Nam Sach District People's Council. In October 2015, he was elected to the Provincial Party Executive Committee. From July 2018 to July 2023, he held the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs.

After electing comrade Pham Manh Hung, the 17th Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has 10 members, including 8 full-time members and 2 part-time members, 1 less member than at the beginning of the term (due to comrade Ngo Thi Thanh Hoa, Provincial Party Committee member, former Permanent Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, being transferred to another job).
