On the afternoon of October 30, Mr. Do Trong Hoach, Chairman of the People's Committee of Trung Hoa commune (Yen My, Hung Yen), confirmed that in the area, three daughters used gasoline to set fire to their mother, Ms. VTD (61 years old).

It is known that Ms. D. has a piece of land on the street and a piece of land in the alley, but it is difficult to divide because she has four children (3 girls, 1 boy).

The Trung Hoa commune authorities summoned the parties and conducted a reconciliation. Accordingly, Ms. D. divided the land on the street to her only son, and her three daughters would share the land in the alley. This was agreed upon by all parties.

However, on the morning of October 30, all three daughters went to their mother's house to demand land on the street. Mrs. D. did not agree because she had already finalized the plan with the government representative.

"After that, the three children bought gasoline and poured it on their mother's floor and set it on fire. The incident injured the mother and her two daughters and they had to go to the hospital. The son was upstairs so he was not injured," said Mr. Hoach.
