On June 26, the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province divided into 2 groups to meet voters in 4 districts and towns after the 5th session of the 15th National Assembly.
National Assembly delegates in group 1 exchange with voters of Kinh Mon town
Group 1 includes comrades: Bui Van Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, General Secretary, Head of the National Assembly Office; Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province; Nguyen Thi Mai Thoa, Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education; Dinh Thi Ngoc Dung, National Assembly delegate of the province, met with voters of Kinh Mon town and Nam Sach district.
Group 2 includes comrades: Nguyen Hai Hung, Lieutenant General, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense and Security; Nguyen Ngoc Son, Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment; Bui Sy Hoan, Director of the Department of Justice, met with voters in Ninh Giang district on the morning of June 26. In the afternoon of the same day, comrade Trieu The Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and 3 comrades met with voters in Thanh Ha district.
A voter of Nam Sach district expressed his opinion
At the meetings, the Hai Duong Provincial National Assembly Delegation reported on the results of the 5th Session of the 15th National Assembly and the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation at the session. Voters heard reports on the responses of competent central and provincial agencies to opinions and recommendations of Hai Duong voters and the situation of receiving and handling citizens' petitions.
During 1 day of contact, voters from 4 districts and towns expressed 33 opinions on many issues and fields.

In Kinh Mon town, voters of Le Ninh commune reflected on the inadequacies in the monthly allowance regulations for commune-level special association chairmen when those without pensions are not entitled to receive allowances and requested the Central Government to review and amend the regulations accordingly. Voters of Bach Dang commune were concerned about the shortage of medicine and medical equipment and requested solutions to resolve this situation. Frustrated by the recent power outages, voters of Hiep Son ward asked why the power supply was unstable and caused a power shortage. Voters of An Phu ward suggested increasing investment in agricultural development projects and expressed concern about the sale of cheap tapioca starch and counterfeit brands on social networks. Voters also expressed their desire to pay attention to the construction of commune-level police headquarters.
Voters in Nam Sach district had 16 opinions. The opinions mainly focused on the fields of land, natural resources and environment, citizen reception activities and the situation of handling petitions, complaints and denunciations of citizens. Voters suggested reviewing the reasonable price of agricultural land, many agricultural service cooperatives were operating ineffectively. Many voters reflected on the shortcomings in resolving the regime for meritorious people and their relatives, and proposed raising salaries for teachers and civil servants.

Voters in Ninh Giang and Thanh Ha districts reported difficulties in digital transformation and lack of infrastructure to implement Project 06. They suggested that there should be a mechanism to support funding for infrastructure construction for civilized urban construction, such as supporting communes to build new rural areas. They should pay more attention to funding for investment in projects and traffic works, and speed up the construction of the intersection connecting the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway with provincial road 390 (Thanh Ha).
After listening to voters from the districts, representatives of the provincial National Assembly delegations and leaders of a number of departments, branches and localities accepted and explained.
In Nam Sach district, Head of the National Assembly Office Bui Van Cuong requested the Chairman of the Nam Sach District People's Committee to continue to pay attention to the issuance of land use right certificates to people and clearly explain the reasons to resolve the problems. Regarding the issue of power shortage, the Head of the National Assembly Office informed that the Ministry of Industry and Trade said that there are currently 2 problems in the planning of power plant construction and the acceptance of fire prevention and fighting has not been completed, affecting the power supply.
Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung acknowledged and explained some issues that Thanh Ha district voters were interested in.
Speaking to receive opinions from Kinh Mon town voters, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu acknowledged the practical and dedicated contributions of voters. Regarding the issue of building working headquarters for commune and ward police, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu said that this is an important issue to help grassroots police officers and soldiers ensure working and living conditions, contributing to maintaining security and order in the locality. The guiding viewpoint of the Party Committee and the government is to orient and set goals for completion. However, in implementation, localities need to strictly implement the provisions of the Law on Public Investment, balance priority resources, and not create outstanding debts for basic construction.
Lieutenant General Nguyen Hai Hung, Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense and Security, received and responded to opinions from voters in Ninh Giang district.
At the meeting with voters of Thanh Ha district, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung said that in recent times, the province has innovated its leadership, direction and management to create favorable conditions for socio-economic development. Traffic works have received attention for investment and connection, 13 projects have been implemented on 4 important connecting traffic axes; 2 intersections connecting the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway with provincial roads 392 and 390 are being accelerated (the intersection connecting provincial road 390 is expected to be completed and put into use in June 2024). When completed, it will create favorable conditions for inter-regional connection and be the lifeblood for socio-economic development of Thanh Ha in particular and Hai Duong province in general.
In Ninh Giang district, Lieutenant General Nguyen Hai Hung received 4 opinions from voters and directly clarified many contents related to issues of concern to voters.
