At the summary of the 9th extraordinary session of the National Assembly organized by the National Assembly Standing Committee this morning, Secretary General and Head of the National Assembly Office Le Quang Tung stated that the 9th extraordinary session took place right after the great success of the 13th Party Central Committee Conference, which is of special importance to urgently submit to the National Assembly for consideration and decision many urgent issues to serve the revolution of reorganizing and streamlining the apparatus, meeting the very high requirements of the country to enter a new era; continue to immediately remove difficulties and obstacles in institutions and policies to promote resources, create new development space, and contribute to the successful implementation of the goals set by the 13th National Party Congress.
To ensure good preparation for the next sessions, the Secretary General of the National Assembly and Head of the National Assembly Office requested that agencies continue to promote the spirit of initiative, prepare early and remotely, and coordinate closely during the drafting process to ensure the quality and progress of the contents submitted to the National Assembly; focus on carefully preparing the contents submitted to the National Assembly at the 9th Session.
Based on the conclusions of competent authorities on the direction for continuing to reorganize the apparatus, the Government and agencies of the National Assembly urgently organize the review and propose amendments to relevant legal documents, develop and complete documents to submit to the National Assembly for consideration and decision according to their authority, ensuring the legal basis for timely and effective implementation of the Party's policies and guidelines.
