The National Assembly is scheduled to open its session on May 5 to amend the Constitution and related laws. During this time, the National Assembly Standing Committee will consider 63 proposals on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units.

On the afternoon of March 7, the Government coordinated with the National Assembly Standing Committee and relevant agencies to organize an online conference to disseminate and implement laws and resolutions passed at the 9th Extraordinary Session of the 15th National Assembly.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Deputy Prime Ministers and Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly chaired the conference.

Comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended and chaired the conference at the Hai Duong province bridge. Also attending were Comrade Nguyen Khac Toan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and leaders of a number of departments and branches.

In his closing speech at the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, on behalf of the Government, thanked the leaders of the Party, State, the National Assembly's Committee on Law, ministries, branches, agencies, localities, scientists, experts and people for their contributions to the drafting of legal documents, shortening the time and improving quality.

The Prime Minister requested to actively develop and review a number of legal documents, decrees and circulars in March.

Relevant sectors, localities and agencies focus on allocating human, financial and time resources to improve the quality of drafting legal documents.

During the implementation process, difficulties and problems will arise. It is necessary to pay attention to listening to feedback and suggestions from scientists, experts and people to make timely adjustments in the spirit of openness, "not perfectionism, not haste".

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh informed about the progress of reviewing contents related to the merger of provincial and commune-level administrative units.

The Prime Minister requested that the press and media agencies get involved, analyze new and difficult issues, and reflect on shortcomings in law enforcement practices.

Agencies in the political system coordinate smoothly, resolve problems, bring national benefits, improve people's lives so that they are increasingly prosperous and happy.

Emphasizing that "institutions are the bottleneck of bottlenecks, breakthroughs of breakthroughs", the Prime Minister said that recently, the implementation of a number of tasks has encountered obstacles due to institutions and requires focusing on removing them for development.
