On February 6, Thuong Tin District Police (Hanoi City) are urgently investigating a conflict that led to two young men using knives to attack each other, seriously injuring one person.
Accordingly, on the afternoon of the same day, information spread on social networking sites that a group of teenagers went to the Dau Pagoda festival in Nguyen Trai commune, Thuong Tin district, and got into a fight, resulting in one person being seriously injured. Accompanying the above information was an image of a young man lying motionless on the cement floor.
On the afternoon of February 6, the authorities of Thuong Tin district confirmed the incident and initially informed that the incident occurred at around 4:00 p.m. the same day, in the area of Dau pagoda.
Authorities determined that two teenagers from To Hieu and Van Tu communes (both Thuong Tin district) had a previous conflict with each other. They met while going to Dau pagoda festival and then got into a fight. The incident resulted in one person being stabbed in the back of the neck.
The incident happened so quickly that people did not have time to stop it, and then took the victim to the emergency room. The cause of the incident is being investigated and clarified by the police.
