Parents and students view test scores at Vo Thi Sau Secondary School
On the afternoon of June 15, Hai Duong City announced the benchmark scores for the 6th grade high-quality entrance exam for the 2023-2024 school year of 3 secondary schools: Le Quy Don, Vo Thi Sau and Binh Minh.
Le Quy Don Secondary School has the highest benchmark score of 16.5 points, 1 point higher than last year; Vo Thi Sau Secondary School has 15.75 points, 0.75 points higher; Binh Minh Secondary School has 15.5 points, 0.75 points higher.
There were 215 students admitted to the high-quality 6th grade of Le Quy Don Secondary School, an increase of 3 students compared to last year; 142 students admitted to the high-quality 6th grade of Vo Thi Sau Secondary School, an increase of 9 students and 185 students admitted to the high-quality 6th grade of Binh Minh Secondary School, an increase of 7 students. The number of students admitted to all 3 schools was higher than the target because some students in the lower group had the same score.
Vo Thi Sau Secondary School returns applications of unsuccessful students
According to the published competency assessment test score sheet, the student with the highest total score of 19.25 points is Chu Hoang Quan, a student of Ly Tu Trong Primary School applying to Le Quy Don Secondary School (Math 10, Vietnamese 9.25); the student with the lowest score is 6.5 points. About 780 students have a total score of 15 points or more, accounting for about 47% of the students participating in the competency assessment test.
Previously, on June 11, more than 1,600 students eligible for admission to the city's high-quality 6th grade participated in the knowledge competency test in two subjects: math and Vietnamese.
From June 15-25, schools planning to enroll in high-quality grade 6 in the remaining localities will continue to organize for eligible students to register to take the competency assessment test. Localities will complete enrollment in high-quality grade 6 before July 1.
