The Central Inspection Commission proposed that the Politburo and the Secretariat consider and discipline the Party Committee of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs for the 2011-2016 and 2016-2021 terms.
On April 2 and 3, in Hanoi, the Central Inspection Commission held its 39th meeting. Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission chaired the meeting.
At this session, the Central Inspection Commission reviewed and concluded the following contents:
I-Implementing the conclusion of the Central Inspection Commission at the 37th Session regarding the Party Executive Committee of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and a number of related Party organizations and Party members; based on the Party's regulations,
1. The Central Inspection Commission decided to take disciplinary action.:
- Dismiss all positions in the Partyfor Mr. Nguyen Hong Minh, former Party Secretary, General Director of the General Department of Vocational Education.
-Warning:Party Committee of the General Department of Vocational Training for the 2010-2015 term; Party Committee of the General Department of Vocational Education for the 2015-2020 term and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Phi, former member of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister; Duong Duc Lan, former Party Committee Secretary, General Director of the General Department of Vocational Education; Pham Quang Phung, Party Cell Secretary, Director of the Department of Financial Planning, Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
-Reprimand:Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs for the 2015-2020 term and Mr. Truong Anh Dung, Party Committee Secretary, General Director of the General Department of Vocational Education.
2. The Central Inspection Commission proposed:
The Politburo and the Secretariat reviewed and disciplined the Party Committee of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs for the 2011-2016 and 2016-2021 terms and Mr./Ms. Dao Ngoc Dung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Minister; Pham Thi Hai Chuyen,Former member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Minister; Huynh Van Ti,Former member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Party Executive Committee, Deputy Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
II-Implementing the conclusion of the Central Inspection Commission at the 37th Session regarding the Party Executive Committee of the Kon Tum Provincial People's Court and a number of related Party organizations and Party members; based on Party regulations, the Central Inspection Commission decided to take disciplinary action:
- Warning:Party Committee of Kon Tum Provincial People's Court for the 2020-2025 term and Ms. Do Thi Kim Thu, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chief Justice of Kon Tum Provincial People's Court.
- Reprimand:Mr. Nguyen Tien Tang, Member of the Party Committee, Deputy Chief Justice of Kon Tum Provincial People's Court.
III-Considering the report proposing disciplinary action against a number of party members who violated the law at the Party Committees of Quang Ngai, Vinh Phuc, Dak Lak and Binh Phuoc provinces, the Central Inspection Committee found that:
Mr. Le Viet Chu, former member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province; Mr. Pham Hoang Anh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Doan Huu Long,Former Provincial Party Committee Member, Party Secretary, Director of Dak Lak Provincial Department of Health; Dang Gia Dung,Former Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Department of Construction of Dak Nong province has degraded in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle; seriously violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks, in preventing and combating corruption and negativity; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example; caused very serious consequences, public outrage, negatively affected the reputation of the Party organization and local government, to the point that disciplinary action must be considered.
Mr. Ma Ly Phuoc, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Mass Mobilization Committee of Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee, has degraded in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle; seriously violated the Traffic Law, the Law on Prevention and Control of Harmful Effects of Alcohol and Beer; violated regulations on what party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example; caused very serious consequences, negatively affecting the reputation of the party organization and the work unit, to the point that disciplinary action must be considered.
Based on Party regulations, the Central Inspection Commission proposed that the Politburo and the Secretariat consider and discipline Mr. Le Viet Chu, Mr. Pham Hoang Anh, Mr. Doan Huu Long, Mr. Dang Gia Dung, and Mr. Ma Ly Phuoc.
IV- Considering the results of the inspection of the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement tasks within the Party for the Standing Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the City Party Committee; inspecting the declaration of assets and income for the Standing Committee members of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee and the Can Tho City Party Committee, the Central Inspection Committee found that: In addition to the basic advantages, the inspected Party organizations and Party members also had a number of violations and shortcomings in leadership, direction, organization of the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement tasks, in the management and use of Party finances and assets, and the declaration of assets and income.
The Central Inspection Commission requires inspected party organizations and party members to promote their strengths; seriously review, learn from experience, promptly overcome violations and shortcomings that have been pointed out; strengthen leadership and direction of party committees, party organizations, and inspection commissions at all levels to focus on inspecting signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, implementing regulations on what party members are not allowed to do, responsibility to set an example; personnel work; declaration of assets and income; management and use of land, resources, and minerals; implementation of investment projects and other outstanding, pressing issues of public concern, and reporting results to the Central Inspection Commission.
V- Considering the results of supervision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing members of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, the Central Inspection Committee requested the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing members of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee to promote their strengths; seriously review, learn from experience, promptly overcome violations, shortcomings, and limitations in leadership, direction, development and organization of implementation of the Working Regulations; personnel work and strengthening the Party's leadership over law enforcement agencies in investigation, handling of cases, incidents, receiving citizens and resolving complaints and denunciations; land management and use in investment projects; declaration of assets and income..
VI-Also at this session, the Central Inspection Commission reviewed and concluded a number of other important contents.
