Some households on Truong Han Sieu Street (Hai Duong City) are upset and worried because many types of wires, possibly electric wires and telecommunication cables, are tangled and dangling right in front of their houses.
At the beginning of Truong Han Sieu street, Nhi Chau ward (Hai Duong city), some old electric poles have just been dismantled and new electric poles have been installed.
