The People's Committee of Cam Giang district (Hai Duong) coordinated with Nhat An Phu Joint Stock Auction Company, Hai Duong province branch, to successfully auction the right to use 26/46 land lots in Cam Hung commune.
The auction is organized in the form of an indirect voting auction and pays 1 m2 for each plot of land (rounded price to the nearest hundred thousand dong), according to the ascending price method.
Out of a total of 192 participating applications, 26 applications successfully auctioned 26 land lots, including 25/25 lots in Mau Tan village residential area and 1/21 lots in Ho Ve village residential area. The total area of 26 land lots is over 2,176 m2, with a total amount of nearly 29 billion VND.
Previously, the auction documents were sold and registrations were accepted from March 27 to April 10, 2024. The time for receiving bids was from April 9 to 4:00 p.m. on April 10, 2024 at the People's Committee of Cam Hung Commune. From 8:00 a.m. on April 13, the auction was held at the Hall of the People's Committee of Cam Hung Commune.
The total of 46 plots of land mentioned above are divided into 2 residential - resettlement areas of Ho Ve village and Mau Tan village, with a total area of 4,470.7 m2 of residential land. The plots of land have an area of 80 - 160.2 m2/plot. Of which, the residential area of Ho Ve village includes 21 plots with starting prices from 9.5 - 12 million VND/m2, deposit from 183.16 - 384.48 million VND/plot/file. The residential area of Mau Tan village includes 25 plots with starting prices from 10.2 million VND/m2, deposit from 163.2 - 179.52 million VND/plot/file.
