Auction of a cultural house in Pham Ngu Lao ward (Hai Duong city), starting price over 5.3 billion VND

Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has approved the starting price for the auction of land use rights and assets attached to land at the location of the cultural house of zone 7, Pham Ngu Lao ward and My Xa Primary School, Ngoc Son commune (both in Hai Duong city).

Specifically, the starting price for the auction of land use rights for assets on the land of the cultural house in zone 7 is more than 5.3 billion VND. The land of the cultural house in zone 7 is 75.8 square meters, urban residential land at 92 Binh Minh, Pham Ngu Lao ward.

The starting price for the auction of land use rights for My Xa Primary School is over 1.9 billion VND. My Xa Primary School, Ngoc Son Commune, is 127.4 m2 wide and belongs to the rural residential land type on plot number 268, cadastral map sheet number 25, Ngoc Son Commune.

The above price does not include technical infrastructure investment costs due to the auction based on the current site, and does not include registration fees and land use right certificate issuance fees.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the People's Committee of Hai Duong City and the above two localities to be responsible for completing all documents and procedures for organizing the auction according to regulations.

Previously, in March and April 2024, the Provincial People's Committee approved the plan to sell the assets of the cultural house of residential area No. 7 of Pham Ngu Lao ward and My Xa Primary School, Ngoc Son commune; reclaim the above land areas, change the purpose of use to residential land for auction.
