Nam Sach re-auctions 172 land lots, starting price from 855 million VND/lot

The 172 plots of land being re-auctioned are located in 8 new residential areas in 6 communes of Nam Sach district. These are: Linh Xa village (Nam Hung commune); Cao Doi village (Hop Tien commune); An Dien and Co Phap villages (Cong Hoa commune); An Dong village (An Binh commune); Ly Van and Phong Trach villages (Phu Dien commune); Bach Da, Hoang Giap and Cam Ly villages (An Lam commune).

The starting price of some plots of land is lowest from 8 million VND/m2 (new residential area of ​​Linh Xa village, Nam Hung commune), the highest is 25.5 million VND/m2 (3 plots in the new residential area of ​​Bach Da village, An Lam commune). The plot of land with the lowest starting price is 855 million VND with an area of ​​90 m2 in the new residential area of ​​An Dong village (An Binh commune).

According to the leaders of Nam Sach District People's Committee, these land lots have been auctioned many times but have not been successful and this auction has shown many improvements with a fairly high number of submitted applications. By June 22, the new residential areas of Ly Van and Phong Trach villages (Phu Dien commune) had 247 applications/34 land lots, the new residential area of ​​Linh Xa village, Nam Hung commune had 71 applications/33 land lots. The remaining land lots are still in the process of receiving applications.

The auction will be held at the hall of the People's Committee of the communes with auctioned land from June 23-30.
