Thang Long Bronze Drum Company Limited has just been fined for discharging wastewater exceeding standards at the Event Center and Royal Residence on Truong Chinh Street (Hai Duong City).
The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just fined Thang Long Drum Company Limited, headquartered at 678 Nguyen Khoi, Thanh Tri ward, Hoang Mai district (Hanoi) 144 million VND for discharging wastewater at the Event Center and the Royal House on Truong Chinh street (Hai Duong city).
The wastewater discharged by the above enterprise into the environment has 4 parameters exceeding the national technical standards on waste with a discharge flow of about 4 m3/day and night. Of which, the BOD5 parameter exceeds 15.96 times, Coliform exceeds 8.6 times, TSS exceeds 2.55 times and the NH4 + -N parameter exceeds 1.55 times.
Thang Long Dong Son Company Limited was also forced to pay the Department of Natural Resources and Environment over VND4.6 million for collecting, testing and analyzing waste samples released into the environment; at the same time, it was required to take measures to remedy the environmental pollution.
