On the afternoon of January 13, the Investigation Police Agency of Ninh Thuan Province Police announced that it had just arrested Ca Da Tinh (23 years old, residing in Phuoc Dai Commune, Bac Ai District, Ninh Thuan Province) to investigate the act of "murder" that occurred on January 12 at the construction site of the Cam Lam - Vinh Hao Expressway project.
Accordingly, at 10:40 a.m. on January 12, at the northern tunnel entrance of Cam Lam - Vinh Hao highway, due to a conflict, Ca Da Tinh drove the excavator bucket and fell on Mr. NVT (44 years old, residing in Thuong Quan commune, Kinh Mon town, Hai Duong province, the commander of the construction team), causing Mr. T. to be seriously injured and die on the way to the emergency room.
After receiving the report, the functional forces of Thuan Nam district and the professional departments of Ninh Thuan Provincial Police quickly arrested Tinh while the suspect was on the run.
At the police station, Tinh confessed that due to frustration from being repeatedly cursed and scolded by Mr. NVT at work, he controlled the excavator's bucket to crush Mr. T., leading to his death.
Currently, the Criminal Police Department of Ninh Thuan Province Police is completing the case file to resolve the case in accordance with the provisions of law.
