Announcement of planning for Tan Truong Industrial Park expansion

On the afternoon of October 21, at Tan Truong Commune People's Committee, Cam Giang District People's Committee announced the zoning plan for the expanded Tan Truong Industrial Park, scale 1/2000. This is the 7th industrial park planned for construction in Cam Giang District.

This planning was approved by the People's Committee of Hai Duong province on August 29, 2024. This project has a total area of ​​112.6 hectares of industrial park invested by Tay Bac Industrial Joint Stock Company. In addition, there is 2.77 hectares of planning to connect technical infrastructure with the area.

Tan Truong Industrial Park expansion is a multi-industry concentrated industrial park, with a system of convenient public social works, synchronous and modern technical infrastructure to attract domestic and foreign investment.

This industrial park focuses on attracting industries: manufacturing, fabrication of electrical, electronic, refrigeration equipment, high-tech products serving the electronics, information technology, mechanical manufacturing, machinery, equipment, consumer goods industries...

This industrial park was approved for planning by the Prime Minister in 2009. At that time, some businesses came to survey investment but had not yet implemented...

The project was restarted in 2021. Cam Giang district was assigned to clear the project site, organize land recovery from 577 households, and relocate about 400 graves at the former Dong Bi cemetery...

In the planning of Cam Giang district to 2030, with a vision to 2050, the district aims to build and develop Tan Truong commune to become a highlight of rural industrialization, focusing on industry, handicrafts, and services of the district, and by 2025, to reach the standards of a type V urban area.
