Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has decided to lease land to Thanh Dat Trading - Transport Company (LLC) for the first phase to implement the Project of Investment, Construction and Business of Technical Infrastructure of Ba Hang Industrial Cluster (Hai Duong City).
Accordingly, Thanh Dat Trading - Transport Company (LLC) in Ba Hang Industrial Park, Nam Dong Ward (Hai Duong City) is rented 117,185 m2 Phase 1 land (including 114,815 m2 Nam Dong ward and 2,370 m2 belonging to Ai Quoc ward), to implement the Project of Investment in construction and business of technical infrastructure of Ba Hang industrial cluster according to the approved project.
The land lease term is until January 22, 2059 (according to the project's operating term). The land lease method is no auction of land use rights, no bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.
However, the company will have to restrict land use rights to 7,467 m2 Land in the leased land area belonging to the power grid corridor, the company must manage and use in accordance with the provisions of the electricity law.
The company is exempted from land rent during the basic construction period (exemption period until September 30, 2025 according to the progress of the investment project).
CompanyThanh Dat Trading - Transport (LLC) was granted an investment certificate for Ba Hang Industrial Park in January 2009. In July 2022, the project's investment policy was adjusted.
Industrial clusterThis project has a planned area of over 46 hectares, of which the land area used for investment, construction and infrastructure business is 45.4 hectares. However, the project has encountered huge obstacles in site clearance and land acquisition, so the land allocation to the investor is very slow.
