This certificate replaces the certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land issued on November 14, 2024, as the company requested to combine the leased land area of 5 installments.

Dai An Industrial Park Infrastructure Development One Member Co., Ltd. is the investor of the Dai An Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Business Project Phase 2 with a total investment capital of about 2,300 billion VND. The project uses a total area of 227 hectares, of which 187 hectares are in Cam Doai commune and 40 hectares are in Cam Dong commune. The industrial park is expected to come into operation this year.
