Hai Duong police distribute crime prevention materials to people

Immediately after the propaganda document was issued and printed, Hai Duong City Police was the first unit in the entire force to organize propaganda and distribute documents to residential areas, business households and families. Many people found this document very useful, like a handbook containing many contents on security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, and related issues commonly encountered in life. Thereby helping them raise awareness and vigilance against increasingly sophisticated tricks of criminals. At the same time, they are more aware of complying with the provisions of the law.

Mr. Tran Binh Diem, Head of Residential Area No. 3, Thanh Binh Ward (Hai Duong City) said: "The distribution of documents to people is very timely, helping people identify and prevent fraud crimes in cyberspace, theft crimes in residential areas, and illegal credit crimes, especially during the period near Tet. The documents also help people understand and comply with legal regulations related to the management and use of weapons, explosives, support tools, and fireworks".

This will help people have ways to prevent, and also help raise people's awareness in social activities to avoid violations of the law. Currently, the propaganda document has been widely distributed throughout the province."

Like Hai Duong City, in Tu Ky and many localities in the province, the police of communes, wards and towns have distributed documents to people as soon as the documents were issued.

The content of the document provides information on the methods and tricks of some types of crimes that have emerged recently such as property theft, fraud and appropriation of property; crimes and violations of the law related to black credit; drug crimes... and preventive measures. At the same time, it provides basic knowledge on fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue; work to ensure traffic safety and order, environmental protection...

Hai Duong Provincial Police is the first unit nationwide to edit and publish the propaganda document "Prevention of crime and law violations" for widespread distribution. Currently, the police of units, localities, and professional departments of the Provincial Police have been organizing propaganda and distributing this document to all people, agencies, organizations, businesses, etc. After nearly 3 months of implementation, hundreds of thousands of copies of the document have been printed and distributed to households. The police force also organized for people to sign a commitment to properly implement the propagated content; strictly comply with the provisions of the law, etc.
