A series of nationwide events were launched by Toyota Vietnam and its dealer system in July.
The series of events helps users access the company's best-selling high-chassis vehicles such as: Yaris Cross, Innova Cross, Veloz Cross, and Corolla Cross. With the suffix Cross, these are high-chassis vehicles that the Japanese company expects to be popular in the Vietnamese market alongside versions using Hybrid Electric engines.
At the event, guests were able to directly experience the operation of the company's Cross models, including the hybrid version and the Toyota Safety Sense safety system, under the guidance of consultants. "After the test drive, most customers were satisfied with the convenience, technology and features of Toyota's Cross models. They highly appreciated the comfortable operation and the ability to meet many purposes of this vehicle line," said a representative of a Toyota dealer in Hanoi.
At these events, experts from Toyota Vietnam also introduced and advised users on the latest features in the Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) safety technology package. The highlight of the event was that users experienced safety features such as pre-collision warning, lane keeping assist and cruise control through realistic simulations.
At the end of the program, the organizers arranged car-related minigames to create excitement for participants and their families, including gifts and incentives when buying a car.
In the first six months of 2024, Toyota continued to be the car company with the best sales in the market with 22,338 units sold (excluding Lexus). In the top 10 best-selling cars in the market, Toyota has 2 representatives: Vios and Yaris Cross. Toyota also leads in hybrid car sales with 1,682 units sold, including models: Yaris Cross, Corolla Cross, Corolla Altis, Camry, Innova Cross and Alphard.
