Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has just approved the investment policy for the project to build Dong Co Dien residential area (Chi Linh).
The project has a total area of over 3 hectares, located in Sao Do ward, bordering Nguyen Thai Hoc street to the east, Nguyen Thi Due street to the west, and the existing residential area to the north and south.
The project has about 1 hectare of residential land, the remaining area is for traffic land, technical infrastructure, trees, parking lots, public land... The residential land is invested to build 39 houses with rough construction and exterior finishing (including 24 townhouses and 15 villas). The total investment of the project is more than 136 billion VND, of which the cost of building technical infrastructure is more than 28 billion VND, the cost of building housing is nearly 89.7 billion VND, the rest is the cost of compensation for site clearance.
The Provincial People's Committee decided to implement the project through bidding to select investors. Investors must complete the construction of technical infrastructure works and housing works (rough construction and exterior finishing of 39 houses) within 12 months from the date of land handover.
