Hai Duong Province Traffic Safety Committee visited and presented gifts to a police major injured while on duty.

On the afternoon of October 7, representatives of the Traffic Safety Committee of Hai Duong province visited and encouraged Major Nguyen Hong Khu, an officer of the Traffic and Order Police Team (Hai Duong City Police) who was injured while on duty.

Previously, at 8:50 p.m. on September 24, Major Nguyen Hong Khu and his teammates were on duty at the alcohol concentration checkpoint on Thanh Nien Street, near the HC electronics supermarket (Hai Duong City). When discovering Dinh Tien Minh (born in 2007, in Binh Han Ward, Hai Duong City) riding a Wave 34B4-813.65, not wearing a helmet, driving at high speed, the working group asked Minh to stop the vehicle. However, Minh did not comply but accelerated and fled, then crashed into Major Khu, causing him to break his right leg, break his left kneecap, and injure his face.

After more than a week of treatment at Viet Duc Friendship Hospital, Major Khu's health has now stabilized. On October 3, he was transferred to Hai Duong Provincial General Hospital for treatment.

After the incident, the Investigation Police Agency of Hai Duong City Police urgently investigated, clarified, consolidated the case file, and prosecuted the accused for intentionally causing injury to Dinh Tien Minh, a 12th grade student at Thanh Dong High School.
