Previously, at around 11:20 a.m. on June 16, Ms. Le Thi Tuyet Loan (born in 2000, residing in Long Phuoc hamlet, O Long Vi commune, Chau Phu district, An Giang province) went behind the house of Mr. Ngo Van Hung (born in 1973, Ms. Loan's brother-in-law, who lives next door) and discovered Ngo Van Vu Linh (born in 2017, Mr. Hung's son) lying motionless.
Ms. Loan called but Linh did not answer, so she went to Mr. Hung's house and discovered that Mr. Hung, Linh and Ms. Le Thi Cuc (born in 1979, Mr. Hung's wife) had died.
At this time, Ms. Loan shouted and reported to the O Long Vi Commune Police.
After receiving the report, the Board of Directors of An Giang Provincial Police directed the Provincial Police's professional departments to go to the scene to coordinate with Chau Phu District Police to organize a crime scene investigation, investigation and verification of the incident.
Through the examination of the scene and the autopsy, the initial cause of death was determined to be electrocution.
The case is being investigated and clarified by Chau Phu District Police in coordination with the provincial police departments.
