Early in the morning of June 2, Ms. LTL in Hai Phong discovered her husband and two children unconscious while lying in the car, one person had died, two were being treated.
On the morning of June 2, information from An Lao District Police (Hai Phong) said that 3 people in a family in Truong Son town (An Lao district) suffocated in a car, of which 1 person died.
Initial information, the incident happened at around 3am the same day, Ms. LTL (born in 1976, residing in Truong Son town) discovered her husband and two children lying unconscious in the car. It is known that last night in the victim's house area there was a power outage.
Mrs. L. then opened the door and called everyone to take her husband and two children to the emergency room at Kien An General Hospital (Hai Phong).
On the same morning, Ms. L.'s husband, Mr. PVT (born in 1974) and her son PNK (born in 2008) were still in the emergency room and had regained consciousness, while her daughter PMH (born in 2003) had died.
An Lao district police are investigating the incident.
