341 employers in Hai Duong are late in paying social insurance.

Hai Duong Provincial Social Insurance has just announced a list of 341 employers in the province that have been late in paying social insurance for 3 months or more, as of November 2023. The total amount of late payment is more than 25.2 billion VND.

Hai Duong Provincial Social Insurance publicly announced the list of employers in the province that are 3 months or more behind on social insurance payments, as of November 2023.

Of which, Vi Son Fiber Company Limited has the highest amount of late payment of more than 2 billion VND, Kim Boi Mineral Joint Stock Company Hai Duong branch is late payment of nearly 1.7 billion VND. The remaining units are late payment from more than 3 million VND to more than 800 million VND.

These units have violated the laws on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, directly affecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers, negatively affecting social security in the province.

Previously, on November 23, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban signed a decision to administratively sanction VTC Group Joint Stock Company and Vi Son Fiber Company Limited. Each enterprise was fined 165 million VND for late payment of social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance for employees.
