On the afternoon of February 1, Viettel Hai Duong organized the first prize award ceremony of the program "Upgrade to 4G, upgrade" for 3 lucky customers who won Samsung Galaxy A05 phones.
In order to ensure that customers do not have their services interrupted when the Ministry of Information and Communications turns off 2G waves in September 2024, from December 11, 2023 to March 31, 2024, Viettel Hai Duong will deploy the "Upgrade to 4G, Upgrade" program and draw a lucky draw to support customers using 2G devices, 2G infrastructure to switch to 4G services, 4G/5G phones.
Of the total 7,864 customers who successfully switched from 2G to 4G phones in the first phase (from December 11, 2023 to January 11, 2024), there were 3 lucky customers who won Samsung Galaxy A05 phones: Nguyen Thi Hang, in Dai Son commune (Tu Ky), Cao Thi Dich, in Cam Giang town (Cam Giang) and Pham Thi Ut, in Minh Hoa ward (Kinh Mon).
Customers participating in this program also have the chance to win a Honda Vision motorbike, drawn in the third round on April 11, 2024.
