Viettel Hai Duong promotes the program "Upgrade to 4G - Upgrade"

Implementing the roadmap to turn off 2G waves, Viettel Hai Duong is implementing consulting activities, supporting customers using 2G phones to switch to 4G through stores and transaction counters; organizing mobile sales throughout the province, at least 3 sessions per week, prioritizing communes with many 2G subscribers switching to 4G and selling 4G phones at preferential prices.

Customers who successfully switch from 2G to 4G phones between December 11, 2023 and March 31, 2024 will have the opportunity to receive attractive gifts in Viettel's lucky draw program.

Participants are all customers using Viettel prepaid and postpaid mobile subscriptions with 2-way active service at the time of participating in the promotion program and receiving the reward.

Actual conditions achieved in the month, for prepaid subscribers: Minimum account usage of 3,000 VND and use for at least 3 days in the month; for postpaid subscribers: incurred fee > 0 VND in the month.

The program only applies to Viettel network subscribers. All test subscribers, business subscribers, subscribers of officers and employees working at Viettel, 1-way or 2-way locked subscribers are not eligible to participate in this prize program.

How and procedures to participate in the program

During the program implementation period, customers who achieve actual monthly performance and use 2G devices and 2G infrastructure before participating in the program and switch to 4G/5G devices and 4G infrastructure will simultaneously participate in the following programs:

(1) Telecommunications award winning program:When a customer meets the conditions to participate in the program and switches to using a 4G/5G device, using 4G infrastructure. Viettel's information technology system will continuously scan throughout the day to identify subscribers who have successfully converted their 2G mobile device to a 4G/5G device and use it on 4G telecommunications infrastructure. Within a maximum of 24 hours from the time the customer successfully converts, Viettel will automatically dial online for the list of telecommunications prizes (excluding gifts awarded to previously winning customers) to determine the gift for the customer's subscriber. After determining, Viettel will send a notification message to the customer within a maximum of 48 hours.

(2) Lucky draw program for prizes in kind:

Within a maximum of 48 hours from the time the customer switches to using a 4G/5G device, using 4G infrastructure, Viettel will return a prize code to participate in the lucky draw program to win prizes in kind. The message is sent from the number 155.

The winning code will be used to draw prizes, including a Samsung Galaxy A05 phone and a Honda Vision motorbike.

Within a maximum of 15 days from the date of determining the winner, Viettel will send a message to notify the winner from the Viettel number.

* Note: Each subscriber can only win a maximum of 1 Samsung Galaxy A05 phone or 1 Honda Vision motorbike. Each subscriber has only one chance to win a telecommunications gift and a physical prize in the entire program.

With Samsung Galaxy A05 phone prize

+ Time and location: Establish a lucky draw council and draw 3 times on January 23, 2024, March 11, 2024, April 11, 2024. The drawing location is at Viettel Hai Duong Headquarters.

Phase 1: January 23, 2024: Draw on the list of all lottery codes issued from December 11, 2023 - January 11, 2024 to determine the list of subscribers winning the Samsung Galaxy A05 phone. In which, in each province, 3 winning subscribers will be determined from the lottery codes of subscribers with a home in that province at the time of lottery code issuance.

Phase 2: March 11, 2024: Draw the winning codes issued from January 12, 2024 to February 29, 2024 to determine the list of subscribers winning the Samsung Galaxy A05 phone. In which, in each province, 3 winning subscribers will be determined from the winning codes of subscribers with a home in that province at the time of issuing the winning codes.

Phase 3: April 11, 2024: Draw the winning codes issued from March 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024 to determine the list of subscribers winning the Samsung Galaxy A05 phone. In which, in each province, 3 winning subscribers will be determined from the winning codes of subscribers with a home in that province at the time of issuing the winning codes.

- With Honda Vision motorbike prize:

+ Time: Establish a lucky draw council and draw on April 11, 2024. The drawing location is at Viettel Hai Duong Headquarters.

+ Method of determining winners: The lottery program is conducted on an automatic random system under the supervision of Viettel Telecommunications Corporation to ensure fairness. The determination of winners in the promotion program is organized publicly, according to the announced rules, witnessed by customers and must be recorded in minutes.

* Conduct a draw on the list of all lottery codes issued from December 11, 2023 - March 31, 2024 (excluding the lottery codes that won the Samsung Galaxy A05 phone prize above) to determine the subscriber who wins the Honda Vision motorbike. Each province determines 1 winning subscriber from the lottery codes of subscribers with a home in that province at the time of lottery code issuance.

Winner announcement

- Telecom Prize: Customers will receive notification of receiving the prize via text message, with instructions on how to receive the prize within 48 hours from the time the customer wins.

Time, location, method and procedure of awarding prizes

- Telecom awards: Viettel assigns incentives to customer subscribers so that customers can use call minutes.

- For physical prizes: Samsung Galaxy A05 phone, Honda Vision motorbike will be given to customers within a maximum of 45 days from the end of the program.

- Viettel Hai Duong will contact by phone the customers who receive the prize, guide the customers through the procedures for receiving the prize and organize the award ceremony. The list of customers who receive the prize will be announced on the website: vietteltelecom.vn

Procedures required to receive the prize: When receiving the prize, the subscriber must present a valid ID card/CCCD/Passport as prescribed. If authorizing another person to receive the prize, the recipient must have a photocopy and original of the winner's ID card/CCCD/Passport, a photocopy and original of the authorized person's ID card/CCCD/Passport, and a power of attorney to receive the prize from the winner. In case the winner of the physical prize is not the subscriber: When receiving the prize, the recipient must present an ID card/CCCD/Passport, and provide at least 5 frequently contacted phone numbers within the last 6 months.

The prize will be awarded at the customer's address or at Viettel stores in the province/city.

In case Viettel Hai Duong cannot contact the customer after 45 days from the end of the program or the customer does not contact Viettel Hai Duong to complete the procedure to receive the prize, the prize will not be awarded. For the prize of Samsung Galaxy A05 phone, Honda Vision motorbike: Customers receiving the prize must pay irregular income tax according to current law.
