On May 15, the Investigation Police Agency of Ninh Giang District Police (Hai Duong) decided to prosecute two suspects, a father and son, for theft of property.

According to the investigation results, at around 3:00 p.m. on May 10, at Ha Nam field, in Tranh Xuyen village, Dong Tam commune, Tran Van Oanh (born in 1963, in Van Trang 1 residential group, Truong Son town, An Lao district, Hai Phong city) and his son Tran The Anh (born in 1999) stole property from a resident who was catching snails.
The people lost a motorbike, a bag of golden apple snails, an iron rack, a helmet, a snail racket, a car engine mount, total assets worth nearly 6.6 million VND.
