The land use function is appropriate, maximizing the efficiency of the land fund, meeting the development requirements of Hai Duong city.

The scale of the study to locally adjust the zoning plan of Thanh Binh ward (located in the area of ​​Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union) is 2.61 hectares. The Department of Construction proposed to adjust the land use function from agency land, construction density of 30-40%, number of floors 3-5 floors into 2 medical land lots and 1 commercial service land lot, construction density, height suitable for each land lot...

Regarding the plan to adjust the detailed planning for the construction of a new urban area in the south of Hai Duong City, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Luu Van Ban, requested the Department of Construction to assess the impact of the adjustment on socio-economic development. In particular, it must be clarified whether the adjustment will change the financial responsibility of the investor? The planning adjustment must be consistent with the planning and practical situation. The Department of Construction worked with the People's Committee of Hai Duong City and Gia Loc District, the investor to agree on the adjustment plan, focusing on research, surveying the actual demand for social housing and the site clearance plan. On January 15, the units completed the report and sent it to the Provincial People's Committee.
