Proposal to locally adjust the construction zoning plan of Cong Hoa Industrial Park

On the morning of October 12, at the regular October meeting (4th time), Hai Duong People's Committee discussed the plan to locally adjust the construction zoning plan of Cong Hoa Industrial Park (Chi Linh), scale 1/2000.

According to the proposal of the Department of Construction, the review and adjustment is to comply with current legal regulations, as a basis for detailed planning of construction of areas in industrial parks, improving land use efficiency, attracting investment, ensuring the feasibility of planning implementation...

Accordingly, the plan to locally adjust the zoning plan for the Cong Hoa industrial park is to keep the total planning research area unchanged at 201.425 hectares. Basically, keep the functional zoning in the industrial park unchanged. Adjust the industrial park area by about 0.1986 hectares, adjust the traffic system, adjust industrial land, key service land, green land, technical land, locally adjust the pipeline system according to the traffic planning adjustment...

The planning adjustment does not change the nature, function, and scale of the industrial park planning research area; meets the needs of attracting investment, increases the efficiency of industrial park land use; supplements the land fund for utility services to serve workers and serve the interests of the community.

Regarding this content, the conference chair, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban agreed with the adjustment plans reported by the Department of Construction. The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested clarification of issues related to waste treatment and housing for workers. In addition to traffic infrastructure, related issues of electricity and water supply also need attention. Particularly, the water supply to ensure production activities of the industrial park needs to calculate a long-term plan when there are secondary investors. The comrade requested the Department of Construction to coordinate in completing the report to submit to the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee in the coming time.
