According to information received by Hai Duong Newspaper reporters, T. Bank in the case of "Workers in Thanh Mien were shocked because of overdue credit card debt" met with some workers and committed to handling the matter.
During many days from July 19-26, 2024, T. Bank contacted and had direct meetings with a number of workers. These were people who used to work at Shints BVT Company Limited in Tu Cuong Commune (Thanh Mien).
During private meetings between the bank and each individual, these workers confirmed that they had never used the credit cards provided by T. Bank, and at the same time submitted a request for the bank's support in handling the case, related to clearing the debt formed from the credit card account and supporting the adjustment of credit history information.
Regarding other cases at Shints BVT Company Limited in Thanh Mien, T. Bank has contacted the Board of Directors of this enterprise and will have direct working sessions with workers.
Based on each specific case, T. Bank commits to handle the incident in the best way to support the workers involved in the incident.
Previously, on July 10, Hai Duong Newspaper published an article titled “Workers in Thanh Mien are shocked by the occurrence of overdue credit card debt”. The article reflected the situation in which many workers of Shints BVT Company Limited in Tu Cuong Commune (Thanh Mien) were issued credit cards from T. Bank without knowing it. As a result, many people incurred overdue debt because of this card.
