The Department of Education and Training guides educational institutions to clean schools, classrooms, and school grounds to be clean, beautiful, and safe; organize activities to welcome students at the beginning of the school year, with special attention paid to first-grade students; strictly implement regulations on the time students return to school and organize the opening ceremony of the 2024-2025 school year uniformly nationwide on the morning of September 5.
