The total number of vehicles inspected for the first time was 74,082. Thus, the number of vehicles that failed the first inspection accounted for nearly 17.6%. This rate is lower than the national average (according to data released by the Vietnam Register on July 24, in the first 6 months of the year, nearly 678,000 vehicles failed the inspection, accounting for more than 23%).
Vehicles that fail the first inspection mainly have errors related to lights, brakes, exhaust, cargo size, etc. After the errors are pointed out, vehicle owners check and fix the errors. Most vehicles that fail the first inspection pass the second inspection and are granted inspection certificates and inspection stamps.
