According to the People's Committee of Tu Ky district (Hai Duong), the District Land Clearance Council has just paid support and compensation to 12 households in Dan Chu commune whose land area was recovered to implement the National Highway 37 Renovation and Upgrading Project.
Specifically, 5 households including Mr. Tran Quang Bien, Nguyen Nhu Phu, Nguyen Van Lam, Nguyen Van Lan and Ms. Nguyen Thi Bui were paid support with the land compensation unit price of 22 million VND/m2. The remaining 7 households were supported to level the recovered land located in the traffic corridor.
Total compensation and support costs over 3 billion VND.
