Searching for Duong Dinh Luyen - the murderer of a mother and child in Chi Linh

The Investigation Police Agency of Hai Duong Provincial Police is investigating the "Murder" case that occurred on June 23, 2024 in Tuong residential area, Van An ward, Chi Linh city, Hai Duong province.

The investigation determined that Duong Dinh Luyen (born in 1985, registered permanent residence in Mat Son residential area, Chi Minh ward, Chi Linh city), the perpetrator, is currently unknown where he is and needs to be searched for to serve the investigation requirements.

Luyen has a mole 3 cm above the right upper lip. When he escaped, Luyen was wearing a blue short-sleeved collared T-shirt, blue jeans, and riding a white SH motorbike with license plate 34B2-706.86.

The Investigation Police Agency of Hai Duong Provincial Police announces that anyone who knows or discovers information, characteristics of the subject and vehicle as above should immediately report to the Criminal Police Department (Hai Duong Provincial Police) via comrade Nguyen Duc Tuyen, phone number 0902.039.386 or comrade Dinh Trung Kien, phone number 0902.034.555.

Any information that is valuable to the arrest will be rewarded. Anyone who intentionally conceals the subject or vehicle will be strictly dealt with according to the provisions of the law.

As reported, at around 1:50 p.m. on June 23, Duong Dinh Luyen drove to the house of Ms. NA and her daughter in Tuong residential area, Van An ward (Chi Linh city). Then, he used a weapon to stab Ms. NA and her biological mother, Ms. LTH, multiple times, causing both of them to die.
