Thanh Ha High School rose to first place in the 12th grade excellent student competition

In this competition, Thanh Ha High School had 40 contestants winning prizes with 2 first prizes, 17 second prizes, 13 third prizes, and 8 consolation prizes. Of which, math and information technology ranked first in the team in the whole province; biology and English ranked second; chemistry ranked fourth; geography ranked fifth... Previously, for 3 consecutive years, Thanh Ha High School also ranked second in the team in the provincial competition for excellent 12th grade high school students.

This year, Thanh Mien High School ranked second in the province, down one place from the previous school year. Previously, in the last four school years, Thanh Mien High School ranked first in the team three times and fourth once.

Kim Thanh High School ranked third, up three places from the previous school year. Kim Thanh High School also led the way in the number of first prizes this year.

Tu Ky High School ranked fourth, up one place from the previous school year. Kinh Mon High School ranked fifth, up six places from the previous school year. Gia Loc High School ranked sixth, up one place from the previous school year.

Notably, although not a central school, this year Nguyen Van Cu High School (Hai Duong City) made a big breakthrough when it ranked 7th in the province, up 13 places compared to the previous school year. This is also the school's best achievement ever in this exam.

This year, 1,420 students participated in the provincial-level 12th grade exam in Hai Duong City. There are 11 subjects: English, IT, French, Russian, math, history, chemistry, biology, literature, physics, and geography. French and Russian are only for students at Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted.

The Hai Duong Department of Education and Training has recognized 858 students who won prizes in the provincial-level 12th grade excellent student selection exam for the 2024-2025 school year, an increase of 34 prizes compared to the previous school year.

Specifically, there are 21 first prizes, an increase of 9 prizes; 181 second prizes, an increase of 69 prizes; 304 third prizes, a decrease of 27 prizes; 352 consolation prizes, a decrease of 17 prizes.

Of the 21 first prizes, Kim Thanh High School had 5 prizes, the most in the province. Next was Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted with 4 first prizes, including 2 subjects in which only students from the school competed. Hong Quang High School (Hai Duong City), Gia Loc High School, Thanh Mien High School and Thanh Ha High School each had 2 first prizes. The remaining high schools: Kinh Mon, Binh Giang, Phuc Thanh (Kinh Mon), Cau Xe (Tu Ky) each had 1 first prize.
