Sao Mai Kindergarten and Primary School affirms the quality of education

The school was established in 2008 with the first name of Sao Mai Private Kindergarten and Primary School, then renamed Sao Mai Kindergarten and Primary School. This is a system of inter-level schools from kindergarten to high school in Hai Duong city.

Since its establishment, the school has had a total of 15 preschool classes and 25 primary school classes with more than 1,000 students in all grades. In recent years, the school has achieved many proud achievements. In the 2022-2023 school year, many students won national and international prizes at the TIMO International Mathematical Olympiad; dozens of students won prizes at the provincial "VioEdu Math Arena". Many students won prizes at the Internet English Olympiad (IOE) at the district and provincial levels. Many students achieved absolute shields in the Cambridge Primary Certificate exam and achieved high results in the city and provincial chess tournament. In 2023, at the high-quality 6th grade entrance exam of Hai Duong city, the school had 66 students participating with an average score of 15.47, ranking among the top primary schools participating in the exam.

In the 2023-2024 school year, the school continued to have 23 students winning high prizes at the TIMO International Mathematical Olympiad at the national and international levels; more than 50 students won prizes at the "VioEdu Math Arena" at the city and provincial levels; many students achieved absolute shields in the Cambridge Primary Certificate exam and achieved high results in the city and provincial chess tournaments.

Recently, the school had 72 students participating in the high-quality 6th grade entrance exam of Hai Duong city and achieved an average score of 14.32, ranking 4th out of 31 primary schools participating in the exam. In which, the average score in math ranked 1st out of 31 schools participating in the exam. The school has student Bui Thanh An, who is 1 of 5 students with the highest total score in the exam in Hai Duong city, with 18 points.

To achieve the above achievements, in addition to the efforts of the students, there is also the dynamism, close and effective direction of the school's Board of Directors; the dynamism, enthusiasm and responsibility of the teaching staff. In the 2024-2025 school year, the school will enroll 4 first grade classes, with training standards following the Ministry of Education and Training's program. Of which, 20% of advanced knowledge is researched and compiled by the school; 1 international class trains in parallel with the Ministry of Education and Training's program and the Cambridge program with 3 subjects: math, science and English, taught entirely in English by foreign teachers and Vietnamese teaching assistants with degrees and many years of experience.
