The Hai Duong Provincial Social Protection Center at the new location will have a capacity of 750 beneficiaries by 2025, and 1,000 beneficiaries by 2030, including the elderly, children, and people with disabilities. The project aims to meet the needs of accessing and receiving social assistance services, caring for and nurturing people in especially difficult circumstances and vulnerable people, contributing to ensuring social security in Hai Duong province.
