The Government supports 100 billion VND to build the Social Protection Center of Hai Duong province.

Of the total investment of more than 379.3 billion VND in the Project to build the Hai Duong Province Social Protection Center at a new location, Hai Duong received 100 billion VND in support from the Government.

The People's Council of Hai Duong province has just issued a resolution on deciding to adjust the investment policy of the Project to build the Hai Duong Provincial Social Protection Center (new location).

According to the resolution, the project investment capital structure is adjusted to the central budget from the 2023 reserve fund and the provincial budget in the medium-term public investment plan for the 2021-2025 period. Of which, the central budget is 100 billion VND, the provincial budget is more than 279.3 billion VND.

Previously, the investment capital approved in Resolution No. 23/NQ-HDND dated June 2, 2023 of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council was 100% from the provincial budget in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025 (over 379.3 billion VND). The project implementation location is in Nam Hong commune and An Son commune (both in Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province). With the attention of the Government, the above project was supplemented with 100 billion VND from the reserve fund of the central budget in 2023 according to Decision No. 123/QD-TTg dated December 30, 2023 of the Prime Minister.
