Comrade Nguyen Quang Quynh, Head of Project Management Department 2 of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, has just been appointed as Deputy Director of the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.
On the morning of November 18, Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work.
Comrade Nguyen Quang Quynh, Head of Project Management Department 2 under the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, was appointed as Deputy Director of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board. The term of office is 5 years, from November 15, 2024 to November 14, 2029.
Speaking at the assignment, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung highly appreciated the working process and professional capacity of Comrade Nguyen Quang Quynh. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung hopes that in his new position, he will promote his capacity, experience, initiative and creativity in management and operation, together with the collective leadership, cadres and civil servants of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, promote the spirit of solidarity and unity in leadership, direction and well perform the assigned tasks.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the leadership of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to promote solidarity, improve work efficiency; coordinate with departments and branches in project management, investment preparation, and project implementation; strengthen inspection and supervision to ensure the progress and quality of projects; and excellently complete assigned tasks.
In his acceptance speech, Comrade Nguyen Quang Quynh thanked the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, and the officers and employees of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board for their trust and assignment. The new Deputy Director of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board promised to make the greatest efforts, strengthen solidarity, promote democracy, and work with the collective to successfully carry out the assigned tasks.
Comrade Nguyen Quang Quynh was born in 1977; hometown is Minh Hoang commune, Phu Cu district (Hung Yen). Professional qualification is Master's degree in traffic construction engineering; senior political theory.
He has held the following positions: Head of Bridge Engineering Department (Hai Duong Transport Project Management Board), Deputy Director of Hai Duong Transport Project Management Board. From 2018 to present, he has been Head of Project Operation Department 2 of Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.
